Booking is Fully Digital

All appointments must be booked online and must be scheduled up to 72 hours before desired date.

If you need service sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate—but please note that a rush fee may apply.

Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation via phone or email. Payment is due upon confirmation to secure your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens—we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand that life happens—but to respect our team’s time and planning, we do have a cancellation policy in place. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your scheduled service) may incur a small fee. This allows us to fairly compensate our crew, who reserve time, prepare equipment, and sometimes travel long distances to serve our clients.

We deeply value communication and encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if anything changes. We’ll always do our best to work with you.

Weather Policy

When it comes to weather-related issues, we prioritize safety above all else.

If inclement weather prevents us from servicing your property, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost—with full understanding and flexibility. Your peace of mind and the well-being of our crew are always top of mind.

Our Ladder and Safety Policy

For safety and insurance reasons, our team works up to a standard two-story height with residential homes.

Safety is a shared value—both for our crew and your property. We follow strict ladder safety protocols and limit our work to heights that allow for secure footing and proper harness use. If any windows or surfaces fall outside of these safety standards, we’ll communicate that ahead of time and explore alternative solutions together. We never cut corners when it comes to protecting people or property.

Ladders must be placed on level, stable ground, and we may not be able to access roofs or areas with unsafe angles. We’ll always assess on-site and offer honest recommendations if we can’t safely proceed.

Disclose Any Damages or Water Stains

We do our best to leave every window shining, but some limitations apply.

We aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage, failed window seals, or hard water stains unless discussed ahead of time. Track and screen cleaning is available, and we ask clients to ensure we have clear, safe access to all windows.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our work and the care we bring to every space we serve.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll gladly return to address the concern or find a solution that leaves you feeling heard and valued—because your peace of mind matters to us just as much as the results

Pet & Property Respect Policy

Your home is more than just a job site—it’s your sanctuary.

We approach every service with sensitivity and awareness, especially when it comes to pets, garden areas, or any unique features on your property. If you have specific access instructions (like gate codes, pet arrangements, or delicate landscaping), please share them in advance so we can tailor our approach and ensure everything stays just the way you like it.

Photo Documentation Policy

To ensure consistency and transparency, our team may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality assurance.

These images help us track results and maintain high standards. Any photos that include personal or identifying features will only be shared publicly (such as for marketing) with your written consent. Otherwise, they remain confidential and used strictly for internal training or customer support purposes.

Low Impact Arrival and Exit Policy

From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, our focus is on being thoughtful guests.

We avoid blocking driveways or walkways, use protective gear to prevent damage, and always clean up after ourselves—no tools left behind, no mess overlooked. Our goal is to leave your space better than we found it, with nothing but a sparkling finish and your trust left behind.
