Who We Support: Give Back Impact Eligibility
Our Give Back Impact initiative is dedicated to uplifting individuals and small businesses who are often overlooked. To be eligible, applicants must be a part of an underserved community, a small local business, or an individual formerly impacted by the prison system seeking a fresh start. We prioritize those who demonstrate a clear mission to give back, create opportunities, or uplift their local neighborhoods.
Whether you’re a grassroots organization or a visionary with a purpose, we’re here to offer support in the form of free or discounted services to help you thrive.
Our Give Back Impact program is designed to uplift everyday changemakers—small business owners, community leaders, and individuals writing their comeback story. We’re not here to steal you’re shine; we are here to amplify it. Keep in mind, if you’d like to apply under the Social Impact section, there are additional requirements.
To make sure our services go where they matter most, here’s what we’re looking for in applicants:
When applying, please specify whether you are applying under the General Give Back Impact (GBI) category or the Social Impact GBI category. This distinction helps us evaluate your application accurately and tailor our support to best meet your goals.
Businesses selected under the Social Impact GBI category receive not only our premium cleaning services but also valuable support to enhance their online presence. Depending on the winner, this may include digital branding, social media kits, website assistance, and more—designed to help build and elevate your brand.
While we deeply value and celebrate the creativity and innovation that youth-led initiatives bring to our communities, applicants under the age of 18 are required to apply alongside an adult co-applicant or mentor. This ensures there is experienced guidance throughout the application and service process, helping to maximize the positive impact of our support. We believe that combining youthful vision with seasoned mentorship creates the strongest foundation for success.
At this time, our Give Back program is focused on serving businesses and organizations within the Fort Worth region, specifically within a 50-mile radius. This localized approach enables us to better manage logistics, foster meaningful relationships, and deliver personalized support. By concentrating our efforts geographically, we can ensure that our contributions create sustainable, long-lasting benefits as we continue to grow and expand our impact.
This requirement shows that you’ve moved beyond the initial idea stage and have started building real momentum. Whether you’re a local café serving your first loyal customers, a freelance creative steadily growing your client base, or a pop-up shop testing the waters, demonstrating consistency and dedication over time is important. Being in business for at least six months means you’ve faced early challenges, adapted, and shown commitment—key indicators that you’re ready to benefit from and make the most of our Give Back support.
Example: A neighborhood boutique that opened last fall or a home-based cleaning service that’s been serving clients since early this year.
If your business receives over $50,000 annually in corporate sponsorships, grants, or outside investment, this may not be the right fit. To qualify for the General Give Back Impact program, your business must meet the small business criterion of employing fewer than 50 people. This ensures that our resources are directed toward businesses that can benefit most from our services—those that may not yet have access to extensive professional cleaning support but play a vital role in their communities.
Example: A community garden project run by volunteers versus a nonprofit with multi-million-dollar donors.
We prioritize businesses that demonstrate a commitment to sustainability—whether through eco-friendly products, waste reduction efforts, or energy-conscious operations. Supporting businesses with green values helps us create a positive impact that extends beyond cleaning and branding.
As part of your application, please provide a brief statement describing your business’s mission and the positive impact you have on your community. We want to understand the heart of your work—how your services, products, or outreach contribute to making your neighborhood or region a better place. This insight helps us align our support with businesses that are truly invested in uplifting others.
To maximize the impact of our Give Back program, businesses that have received services from us within the past 12 months are ineligible to reapply immediately. This policy allows us to support a diverse range of small businesses and nonprofits, ensuring that more community members experience the benefits of our cleaning and brand-building initiatives.
We understand that if you’ve found us, you’ve already come a long way. With that in mind, all of our company policies still apply to the General Give Back Impact and Social Impact GBI programs. To make sure everything flows seamlessly, we commit to open and honest communication—and we ask the same from you. Together, clear communication helps us provide the best support possible.
